Cancellation processing fee: $50 

Registration transfer fee: $25 per transfer-- additional charges may apply. Transfer limit is two per registrant.

Important policies

1. Group registration.If you are registering three or more people and have your method of payment ready, please email: etevents@edtrust.org to receive your unique group discount code. Groups of three to six will receive a $100 credit. Groups of seven or more will receive a $300 credit. One-day and student rates are not eligible for the group discount. Group registration will not be available onsite.

2. Participant list. This year, all attendees will receive a list of conference participants. Your name, title, city, state, and email address will be published on this list unless you opt out during registration.

3. Payment method.Our online system accepts most credit cards, purchase orders, and checks as a method of payment. When you denote a purchase order or check as a method of payment, please expect to hear from us 14 business days after your registration date as a reminder to remit payment. When necessary, additional reminders will be sent to the email address on file.  If you have a special payment need, please contact us directly.

4. Transfer fee. If you need to transfer your registration to a colleague at a later point, please contact us directly. We will process two transfers maximum on one individual registration. The transfer fee is $25.00 per transfer. Transfer requests must be submitted by Monday, Nov. 3. After this date, transfer requests will not be accepted.

5. Refunds. Full refunds minus a $50 administrative fee will apply to all requests received by Monday, Nov.3. After this date, refunds will not be processed. To receive a refund, please contact us directly.

Registration fees must be paid by Monday, Nov.10 to avoid onsite registration delays or surcharges/additional fees.
